We are pleased to announce that the £1.2 million Trowbridge Future High Street Fund Vacant Commercial Units grant to improve Trowbridge town centre and bring empty commercial spaces back into use, has just  been announced.

Cllr Richard Clewer, Leader of Wiltshire Council said; “With this new scheme, we hope to attract applications from commercial property owners and businesses that will bring empty commercial spaces back into use.  We will also support bids to convert upper floors of commercial premises to residential use. The scheme should reduce the number of vacant properties in the town centre and create new jobs for local people.”
