Trowbridge Weavers Market

An established summer event taking place on the second Saturday of the month from May to December 2021 (subject to Covid-19 restrictions) in the heart of Wiltshire’s county town.
The market offers visitors a fantastic range of unique handmade products, food, drink and entertainment for people of all ages.

Locations: Outdoor stalls in Fore Street, BA14 8EL. Indoor stalls in the Trowbridge Town Hall and Emmanuel’s Yard.
Trading hours: 10am – 3pm
Set up and shut down: Set up is from 8am. The site must be clear by 5pm.
Stall pricing: £30 for full indoor and outdoor pitches, £15 for suitcase traders.
Free parking is available for traders within a 5 to 10-minute walk of all market locations.
We welcome applications from independent traders of all kinds including artisans, makers, creatives, producers and street-food specialists!
We are a fun, lively day out so we also have a number of opportunities for musicians and other performers – please get in touch!
CATEGORIES
Most outdoor traders (Artisan(Outdoor), Vintage, Foodie, Whole Health) get a 3x3m pitch with a 1m space between them. These are generally along Fore Street in the pedestrian area. Outdoor traders will be required to supply their own gazebo, equipment and power.
The Street Food traders also get a nominal 3x3m pitch in Fore Street but this can be varied if you have a trailer that doesn’t fit within that space. Please contact us to discuss your particular needs. We are planning to provide electrical power for food traders this year.
Suitcase traders get a 1.5×1.5m pitch in Fore Street and we generally try to place them in a related group of traders.
Indoor traders (Artisan(Indoor)) get a 2m wide table space at an indoors venue. This year we have an agreements with Emmanuel’s Yard and Trowbridge Town Hall. Indoor traders are expected to supply their own table or stand and will not have access to power unless otherwise agreed – please contact us to discuss any specific requirements.
COVID RESTRICTIONS; We will be assessing the Covid restrictions in place before each market and confirming that it will go ahead TWO WEEKS before each market. We will then ask for payment for your pitch.
