Easter at The Hall

Hop On Over to The Hall, which is open this weekend for our two-day annual ‘Easter at The Hall’ event.
Celebrate spring with a delightful Easter picnic in The Hall’s picturesque gardens! Gather your loved ones, pack your picnic baskets, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon surrounded by the beauty of our historic estate, described by Country Life as “amongst the most interesting of their kind in England”.

🌲 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰 – Explore the lawns and terraces, sit amongst the towering redwood trees, stroll through the grounds and enjoy a picnic on the lawns overlooked by The Hall.
🍕 Fresh Hot Pizza – Indulge in fresh delicious pizza served by Wild Pizza Co.
🍦 Delicious Ice Cream – Enjoy scrumptious ice cream with all different flavours and toppings from Ice Queen.
🧁Tasty Cakes – Yummy home made cakes, cupcakes and more with Cake Sweet Bake.
🎶 Live Entertainment – Enjoy live music and daily performances, including traditional folk dancing from Holt Morris Dancers.
🧸 Easter Teddy Bear Hunt – Explore our stunning grounds and try and find the Easter teddy bears inspired by The Hall’s past and present women.
🛍️ Artisan Market – Browse unique handmade crafts and gifts from the talented local artists and craft makers of Made in Bradford on Avon.
♀️ Women’s Health Awareness– Our friends from SATIREV will be exhibiting their expertise and advice on women’s health conditions and wellbeing – empowering our community through education, support and management options within women’s menstrual and gynaecological health, fertility support and more.
-Suffragette sash: Create your own suffragette sash for a cause you’re passionate about and want to promote.
-Healing through poetry: Empowering activities to reflect on your well-being and draw inspiration from your surroundings. By the end, you’ll have the material to write at least one poem.
-What mine looks like: Empowering art workshop highlighting the natural beauty of the female body without filters.
£5 general admission tickets include access to the grounds of The Hall. Guests will be able to enjoy food and drink from a wide range of local food and drink stalls, live entertainment throughout the day, an artisan market, Morris folk dancing, live music and a teddy bear Easter egg hunt. Please note that children under 2 are free.
Is entry to The Hall included?
No. General admission tickets only include entry to the grounds of The Hall.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed if they are kept on a short lead.
Is there disabled access?
The Hall’s grounds have disabled parking, wheelchair access, and disabled toilets. Personal carers are admitted free of charge on the day.
Can I pay for a ticket on the day?
We kindly ask that tickets be pre-purchased online. Guests will not be able to purchase tickets on the day at our entrance kiosk but will be able to purchase tickets via their mobile devices.
What if the weather is bad?
This is an outdoor event and will be taking place despite the unpredictable British weather. We remind all customers to dress appropriately for the weather, however, we hope that our visitors end up wearing flip-flops rather than raincoats.
