We are delighted invite Chamber members to a complimentary Friday afternoon introduction to Rustiq Fitness’s unique countryside gym and swimming pool in Winsley on Friday 21st February.

Chamber member Rustiq Fitness has kindly extended an invitation to fellow members and prospective members to their unique gym in a barn on a working farm with indoor swimming pool and sauna and ice baths in the grounds.

We will start with a delicious lunch at neighbouring Hartley Farm Kitchen, followed by a talk there about stress awareness and resilience. We will then go around the corner to Rustiq Fitness for a fun circuit class in the barn, followed by a mobility session and optional free swim in the indoor pool.

Approximate timings:

– 1pm: Farm-fresh lunch at Hartley Farm Kitchen, Winsley
– 2.15pm – Stress awareness & resilience talk at Hartley Farm on understanding stress and practical tools for managing it effectively in high-pressure environments.
– 3.00pm: Circuit Class at Rustiq Fitness. A dynamic, full-body workout designed to enhance strength, endurance, and focus.
– 3.30pm: Mobility and Breathwork Session finishing with gentle stretches and mindful breathing techniques to improve posture and mental clarity.
– 4.00pm: visit the swimming pool and opportunity for free swim
