A giant Easter bunny hopped into Trowbridge on Saturday to promote the Chamber’s new digital Easter Bunny trail, which is taking place over the Easter holidays, from Saturday 28th March to Sunday 12th April.
Shoppers of all ages were delighted to see the Easter bunny wandering through town, posing for photos and giving out mini-chocolate Easter eggs.
He visited the 9 venues on the trail displaying Billy Bunny trail clue posters and hopped into otherTrowbridge Chamber members around the town centre.
Bunny was treated to a short back and sides at Peppers Hair & Beauty – the first time they’ve trimmed a bunny’s ears!
The trail starts at The Toy Shop in Castle Street, where you scan the QR code to play the start of the Billy Bunny video and follow the clues to find his stolen Easter eggs!
The Toy Shop has Bree Easter Bunny trail stickers and the second location has free mini Easter eggs to give children on the trail, while stocks last!

The Billy Bunny trail has been created by the Oliver twins from Trowbridge, who went on to become one of the UK’s leading video game producers, at one stage producing over 15% of the UK’s number one games.
The twins visited Trowbridge on 24th March to promote the trail and gave a talk about their journey from bedroom coders to global game producers to pupils at their old school The Clarendon Academy and Wiltshire College & University Centre.
