Business Description: I am a Mental Health trainer and consultant, specialising in the delivery of Mental Health First Aid England’s First Aid, Awareness and Refresher courses. I also support companies in developing their well-being policies and procedures, deliver talks and offer ongoing support to organisations and their staff. I feel hugely fortunate to do what I do. I get to see the difference, this training makes to people’s lives helping them to keep themselves well as well as support those around them. We know that for every £1 a company invests in the in the well-being of their staff they’ll see a £5 return so it make good business sense too!
