SUMMARY:Chamber Member Drinks at The Hall\, Bradford on Avon
DESCRIPTION:Join us at 6pm on Wednesday 24th April for a wonderful evening at The Hall in Bradford on Avon\, a magnificent 17th century Jacobean mansion previously owned by Edward Moulton\, who introduced vulcanised rubber to the UK\, which led to the founding of the famous Avon Rubber Company. \nAfter a welcome drink\, we will hear more about The Hall’s history and current facilities from the Alex Moulton Charitable Trust’s CEO Christine Olivieri\, followed by a tour of the main rooms and grounds. \nThere will also be an opportunity to view the newly launched Alex Moulton exhibition in the central Hall. \nWe are delighted to welcome The Hall as a Trowbridge Chamber member and to highlight the wonderful facilities and accommodation that The Hall has to offer fellow Chamber members and regional businesses. \nNot only are there fabulous receptions rooms\, from Alex Moulton’s office to the Middle Hall and the wonderful dining room\, but you can also stay in The Hall’s three bedrooms and enjoy 7 acres of landscaped gardens  – an ideal venue for corporate and private events. \nTickets for the Chamber drinks are just £5 a head for a welcome drink and nibbles\, followed by a donations bar (proceeds to the Alex Moulton Charitable Trust).  Tickets are limited to 50\, so please book your place ASAP. \nBOOK YOUR TICKETS HERE\nLOCATION – The Alex Moulton Charitable Trust\, The Hall\,  Holt Road\, Bradford on Avon\, BA15 1AJ \nENTRANCE – Please enter by foot via the  eagle topped stone gate posts on Holt Road.  NB. All other entrances will be closed. \nNO PARKING – Parking is very limited – just 5 spaces\, so please park on the Holt Road (or Woolley Street) and walk in through the gates.  The Hall entrance door is down the path on your right. \nFor further information\, please see The Hall website. \n       \nEntrance on right (heading towards Holt) –  Walk through the eagle-topped stone pillar gates \nDINNER – We have booked a table at the River Spice Indian restaurant off Lambs Yard near the BoA town bridge from 8.15pm.  If you would like to join us\, please email info@trowbridgechamber.com ASAP to reserve your place/s (subject to availability).
