SUMMARY:Wiltshire Council Early Careers Open Evening 2026
DESCRIPTION:An event to provide insight to students and young people aged 13 – 18\, about future career routes available to them at Wiltshire Council.\n\n\n\nThe event for students / young people considering their future career options\, fruns from 5pm-8pm on Tuesday10th February at County Hall in Trowbridge. \nThe open evening will start at 5pm with stands open with representatives from our Services to talk about careers in different sectors within Wiltshire Council\, then from 6pm we will have structured sessions for students to attend. \nThe evening format will be: \n\n5-5:30pm – stands open for students to talk to teams\, ask questions\, network etc\n5:30-5:50pm – Opening address for the event / overview of the evening sessions\n6:00-6:25pm\, 6:30-6:55pm\, 7:00-7:25pm + 7:30-7:55pm – 4 x sessions for students to attend talks with different services about entry routes\, training programme routes and journeys into different careers in their Service. (These talks will all run in every slot so that students can all attend any talks they are interested in without risk of clashes).\n\nAttending Services include; Families & Childrens Services\, Adult Social Care\, Public Health\, Environment Services and Highways & Transport Services. \nBOOK YOUR FREE TICKETS HERE
