DESCRIPTION:To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee\, Trowbridge businesses are displaying colourful planters\, window boxes and floral creations from May to September\, to bring a festive\, floral outlook to Trowbridge town centre and surrounding areas. \nTrowbridge Jubilee in Bloom is being organised by Chamber member and former Trowbridge in Bloom Chair Jennifer Polledri. The best business displays will be featured on the Chamber website and social media. \nThis photo features Leo the Jubilee Lion\, which is in pride of place in front of Parade House on Wicker Hill\, with the Mayor of Trowbridge\, Cllr Graham Hill\, with sponsors Carey and Simon Tesler and Tom Porter (L). \nSome other displays can be seen in the photos below. \n \n

SUMMARY:Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce Summer BBQ - Thursday 21 July
DESCRIPTION:Chamber members\, prospective members\, guests and their families are welcome to the Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce’s Summer BBQ at Trowbridge Rugby Club  from 6pm-10pm on Thursday 21st July. \nThe evening will include freshly cooked BBQ food and drinks from the Club bar.  There will also be the opportunity for rugby fans of all ages to practice their passing and catching skills! \nPlease feel free to invite fellow members and business colleagues who may be interested in learning more about the Chamber and meeting new people in a fun\, relaxed atmosphere. \nThe Rugby Club has spacious terrace and grounds\, plenty of outdoor space for children to play and lots of parking.   \nThe BBQ will include burger\, hot dog\, salad\, home-made coleslaw and potato salad\, relishes\, green salad\, chutneys and sauces\, with strawberries and cream for pudding. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives also available. \nTickets are £7 for members\, £6 for children and £10 for guests\, with drinks available from the Club Bar. \nPlease feel free to invite fellow business colleagues and friends. Everyone is welcome.
